Creating this game, much like Super Hazard Quest, required extensive work in InDesign and Illustrator. Fortunately, with the assistance of our Creative Director, Ryan Dunn, much of the heavy lifting in design was taken care of, allowing me to focus on the promotional and print aspects of the project.
I also had the opportunity to use Blender for 3D imagery and animation we used in our promotions. Blender was new to me, but using ChatGPT I was able to overcome any challenges I faced. Learning the basics of Blender was a rewarding experience and a great solve for creating pre-print versions of the game.
To explain the basic concept of the game, we created a few short explanation videos to make it easier for our audience to learn. We also launched a TikTok and Instagram campaign with short trivia quizzes to attract new viewers and generate interest in the game.
